The main questions coming in for me these past couple of weeks has been related to stocking. There are very few ponds out there that actually should be concerned with stocking, mainly because there are crawfish burrowing arounf the edges of ponds where I have visited. Stocking when there is already a crop there could actually burt production due to overpopulation in the long run. Remember that the size of crawfish is highly related to the density of the population in the pond. So, if the pond is not new and you do not intend to due extensive levee work, I would not worry about restocking for the next season.
