Food and Beverage Museum

I have been invited to speak at the Food and beverage Museum in New Orleans this Saturday (July 31) from 2-4 pm. I will be speaking about general crawfish production as well as history. The event is open to the public and I want to encourage those who are able to attend to please do so. This will also be an opportunity to get answers to questions as well as interact with other producers and interested persons related to the industry.
